Zenith Autotech is a specialist in ultra-high-strength parts, producing the structural frame members of car bodies based on the Hot Press Forming (HPF) process. With a one-stop production line spanning blanking, Hot Press Forming, laser trimming, assembly and patching, we supply parts to domestic and overseas automakers including Hyundai, Kia and Renault.

Core Technology — HPF
We heat 520MPa-class steel sheet above 870℃, then form and rapidly quench it within the die to produce ultra-high-strength parts of about 1,780MPa. With outstanding strength and dimensional accuracy, they contribute to car body weight reduction and improved crash safety.
One-Stop Production Infrastructure
Four press lines of 800·1,200 ton and TRUMPF laser equipment form the basis of an integrated production system spanning blanking → Hot Press Forming → laser trimming → assembly · patching.
