Zenith Autotech privacy policy
Zenith Autotech Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this privacy policy to protect users’ personal information and to promptly handle related concerns.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected and Method of Collection)
The Company collects the following personal information to receive and respond to online inquiries.

Method of collection: input through the “Inquiry” form on the Website, and automatic generation and collection during use of the Services.
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)
- Receiving and confirming inquiries, and providing consultation, responses, and results
- Responding to product and technology consultations and business inquiries
- Analyzing service usage statistics and improving service quality
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
- In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Inquiry information is retained for three years from the date of completion and then destroyed.
- Where retention is required by applicable law, the Company keeps the personal information for the period prescribed by that law (e.g., records on consumer complaints or dispute handling for three years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties beyond the scope set out in this policy, except in the following cases:
- Where the user has given prior consent to provision to a third party
- Where required by law, or where an investigative agency makes a request in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Processing)
Where necessary for the smooth provision of Services, the Company may outsource personal information processing tasks. In such cases, the Company discloses the trustee and the scope of the outsourced work through this policy and stipulates the necessary matters so that personal information is managed securely in accordance with applicable law.
Article 6 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
- Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
- Such rights may be exercised by contacting the personal information protection officer in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company will take the necessary measures without delay.
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
- When personal information becomes unnecessary—such as upon the expiry of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose—the Company destroys it without delay.
- Information in electronic file form is permanently deleted using an irrecoverable method, and information recorded on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure Security)
- Administrative measures: establishing and implementing an internal management plan, and regular staff training
- Technical measures: managing access rights to the processing system, access control, and encryption of important information
- Physical measures: access control for locations where personal information is stored
Article 9 (Use of Cookies)
- The Company may use cookies to provide customized services. Cookies are used to provide convenience functions such as maintaining language settings.
- Users may refuse the storage of cookies through their web browser settings; in that case, the use of some services may be restricted.
Article 10 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a personal information protection officer to oversee personal information processing and to handle users’ inquiries, complaints, and remedies.

Article 11 (Changes to This Policy)
This privacy policy may be revised in accordance with changes in laws, policies, or the Company’s internal guidelines. Any change will be announced in advance on the Website, together with its content and effective date.
Addendum: This privacy policy takes effect on January 1, 2026.
