The Zenith Autotech R&D Center is the heart of research and development that pushes the limits of Hot Press Forming (HPF). By analyzing and standardizing the variables of the entire process—from material heating to forming, rapid cooling, and trimming—as data, we research the process and die technologies that realize 1,780MPa-class ultra-high-strength parts more lightly and more precisely.
Specialists in materials, forming, dies, and quality work as one team, taking responsibility for the entire process—from design verification of new-vehicle parts to prototyping and mass-production transfer. Through rapid response aligned with our customers' development schedules and by securing advanced technologies, we aim to be the body-parts partner that automakers turn to first.
